Returns
Hygienico is proud to offer a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases. If you purchase a product and don't like it, you have 30 days to arrange a return. Customers wishing to exercise their 15 Day Money Back Guarantee need to contact our Customer Support Team with their order number. Shipping costs are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a sellable condition. To arrange a return please email us at info@hygienicousa.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you a RMA number and details on where to send the returned item/s. Unfortunately Hygienuco will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't receive.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Due to the nature of the order, customized products are not returnable once the proof has been approved.
Due to the current healthcare crisis, PPE products are not returnable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Book(s) with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hygienicousa.com and send your item to our store address (will be provided).
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address (will be provided in email).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns with free offers:
If a discounted offer/free item was offered with purchase, it must be returned if the original purchase was returned. Failure to return the discounted or free item/gift will result in the value of the free item being deducted from the final refund.
Hygienico's warranty obligations for the product you have just purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Hygienico warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) years from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Hygienico within the Warranty Period, at its option, Hygienico will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Hygienico warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Hygienico's property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Hygienico's property.
Hygienico limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller. The warranty does not apply to any non-Hygienico product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Hygienico product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Hygienico specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Hygienico cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No Hygienico reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hygienico is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the Hygienico product.
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, Hygienico's liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
